Here, every pizza tells a story of centuries-old traditions, of local businesses and small producers who, with passion and daily dedication, cultivate and transform the finest raw materials from the 8 southern regions<\/strong><\/p>\n

At the heart of this project is Ciro Pecoraro<\/strong>, founding partner and master pizza maker of Giagiu'.<\/strong>
Ciro is the link between the love for pizza, an iconic element of our menu, and that for the history and traditions of Southern Italy.<\/p>\n

Ciro can be described as a sort of ambassador of Southern culture,<\/strong>whose commitment aims to preserve and promote that heritage made of food, history, art, traditions, and beauty in all its aspects<\/strong>, with passion and pride.<\/p>\n

In this vision, every pizza becomes a small masterpiece suspended between creativity and memory; each slice a centuries-long story of wisdom and flavors, a piece of lived and handed down history thanks to the love for the territory<\/strong> and its wonderful and unmatched fruits, selected based on seasonality.<\/p>\n
