To ensure a high quality standard of our pizzas, we have decided to accommodate a maximum of three pizzas in the oven at a time. This working method aims to preserve the melt-in-your-mouth texture and taste that characterize our dough, which would be altered if baking more than three pizzas together

\nWhy are there scissors on the table?\n<\/h1>

Cutting the pizza with scissors rather than with a knife can be considered an act of true \u201ckindness\u201d towards the product: this, in fact, helps to preserve the air pockets created in the crust, a real litmus test of the quality of the work done and the result of the research and application of our pizza chef Ciro Pecoraro.
